Upcall is an outside sales agent service. Their employees are remote workers who are “crowdsourced”, hop on the phones and can be your outside sales agent for a fraction of the cost of hiring an in-house sales team.
Upcall was founded in 2016 and is located in San Francisco, CA, though the callers are remotely located throughout the US and Canada.

Upcall Pricing*
- $1000/mo for the Basic Plan and 1000 calls/mo
- Custom pricing at tiers above the Basic
There are four service tiers: Basic, Team, Agencies, and Enterprise. The Basic starts at $1000/mo for 1000 call attempts (5 call attempts per lead). The subsequent tiers have custom pricing depending on your needs.
The Team Tier comes with 5000 calls and an email drip campaign. At the Agency tier, you get priority call speed (versus best effort) and local numbers. Enterprise gets you Spanish speakers, unlimited call attempts, live lead routing, and advanced integration and reporting features.
