SendPulse is more than email marketing. They provide push notifications, SMS text marketing, and even Facebook chat tools. Their basic tools are free, which is a lot of value. It’s a strong contender if you would like to do something more creative than just your staple email marketing.

They have a pay-as-you-go email option between $0.0016 and $0.0032 per email.
